Engagement rings are made to be worn and enjoyed, but a little extra care will help keep your ring looking its best. We recommend removing your ring during exercise, heavy lifting and manual work to protect the setting and gemstone.

When not being worn, store your ring in a soft pouch or jewellery box, away from heat and moisture. To clean, gently wash with warm soapy water and a soft brush. For professional cleaning or polishing, visit us at Paddington Jeweller.

We recommend having your ring's setting and claws checked regularly to ensure your gemstone remains secure.

If you’re choosing a diamond, our gemmologist selects each stone individually to suit your brief, so you receive the best stone available at the time of your order. We choose ethically sourced, certified stones that meet our standards for colour, clarity and cut. Tell us your preferred carat size and budget, and we’ll guide you from there.

Not sure of your ring size? Don’t worry. Rings can be resized, and resizing is complimentary.

Bespoke pieces are made specially for you, so they can’t be exchanged or returned.

Every piece at The Paddington Jeweller is handmade to order, so please take care when choosing your size. We generally carry size N in most of our rings. Resizing is complimentary with every ring purchase, so you can adjust the fit if you need to.
